Sandro has extensive experience in leading the legal aspects of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, including interactions with investors, financial institutions, and public authorities. He has overseen the legal side of the development, construction, and operation of hydropower plants and electricity transmission line projects, covering project structuring, land acquisition and privatization processes, full legal support for permits and licenses, and multi-million financial transactions.
Sandro has also managed project financing processes, participated in negotiations with investors and partners, as well as in due diligence processes with international and local financial institutions. He has successfully closed multiple large-scale construction and road infrastructure projects of national importance.
